While working with her students, particularly musical theatre performers, voice teacher Kim Stern noticed the lack of a warm-up that addressed the need to integrate vocals with dancing. Kim approached performer and educator Deidre Goodwin to collaborate and The Broadway Warm-Up was born. A completely synchronized vocal and dance warm-up, The Broadway Warm-Up was designed so movement frees the voice and the voice is organically connected to movement. It isn’t meant to replace regular voice lessons or dance classes. It is a WARM-UP designed to prepare you for an auditions, rehearsals and performances. |
